الحرية والعدالة والكرامة هي الأعمدة التي يجب أن يُبنى عليها مستقبلنا. ندعو جميع المصريين، في كل بقاع الأرض، إلى الاتحاد تحت هذه القيم والعمل من أجل اليوم الذي نستعيد فيه وطننا من الطغيان واليأس. وندعو كل غير المصريين إلى نشر الوعي بقضيتنا وبالكارثة الحالية في مصر. معاً، سنستعيد مصر من قبضة الديكتاتورية العسكرية القمعية.

جمهورية مصر العربية – حكومة مصر في المنفى
يعلن رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية في المنفى حالة الطوارئ الوطنية.
يأتي هذا الإعلان استجابةً للقمع السياسي المستمر، وتزايد انعدام الأمن الغذائي، وانتشار البطالة، وانهيار البنية التحتية الحيوية، وتفاقم الأزمة الاقتصادية، والتهديدات العسكرية من إسرائيل، والفساد المدمر على جميع مستويات الحكم.
وواجبنا كشعب مصر أن نقف ضد فساد الديكتاتورية العسكرية بكل وسيلة ممكنة، سواء داخل الوطن أو خارجه. ليس الجميع قادرًا على اتخاذ نفس الخطوات، لكن يجب على كل منا أن يسهم بطريقته الخاصة. بقوة جهودنا الجماعية، سنحرر وطننا الحبيب ونبني مصر حرة—مصر خالية من الديكتاتورية، ومن إرهاب الصهيونية، ومن الانقلابات والتدخلات الأجنبية.

Vision for a Free and Just Egypt – 19 May, 2025
Freedom, justice, and dignity are the pillars upon which our future must be built. We call on all Egyptians, in every corner of the world, to unite under these values and work for the day we reclaim our homeland from tyranny and despair. We call on all non-Egyptians to spread awareness of our cause, and of the current catasrophe in Egypt. Together, we will reclaim Egypt from the oppressive military dictatorship.
National State of Emergency – 26 May, 2025
Arab Republic of Egypt – Egyptian Government in Exile
The President in Exile of the Arab Republic of Egypt has declared a National State of Emergency.
This declaration is in response to the ongoing political oppression, rising food insecurity, widespread job shortages, collapse of vital social infrastructure, deepening economic crisis, military threats from Israel, and destructive corruption on all levels of government.
As the people of Egypt, it is our duty to stand against the corruption of the military dictatorship in whatever ways we can, whether at home or abroad. Not everyone can take the same actions, but each of us must contribute in our own way. Through the power of our collective efforts, we will liberate our beloved country and build a free Egypt—an Egypt free from dictatorship, an Egypt free from the terrorism of Zionism, and free from foreign coups and interference.
