Arab Republic of Egypt – Egyptian Government in Exile (EGE)

As the Government in Exile of the Arab Republic of Egypt, we believe that political liberation is only the first step toward restoring dignity and sovereignty to the Egyptian people. Economic reform, growth, and justice are the foundations upon which our nation’s future must be rebuilt.

Current Economic Context:
Under the current regime, Egypt’s economy has suffered from widespread corruption, state capture, unsustainable foreign debt, and the suffocation of private enterprise. The Egyptian people are burdened by inflation, unemployment, and structural poverty — while military elites amass control over every major sector of the economy. This is not only a failure of governance, it is a betrayal of the Egyptian people's right to prosperity, dignity, and economic self-determination. Our Economic Vision:
The EGE envisions a future Egypt with:

• A free and competitive economy that encourages private initiative and innovation


• A just distribution of wealth, ensuring every citizen has the opportunity to live a dignified life


• An independent monetary policy and responsible fiscal management


• Protection of property rights and elimination of monopolistic practices


• Development led by local industry, agriculture, and technology, not foreign dependency


• A strong focus on education, vocational training, and scientific advancement

We are committed to building an economy that aligns with Islamic principles of fairness, transparency, and social responsibility. Development Priorities

• Once national sovereignty is restored, we will pursue a comprehensive national development strategy focused on:


• Rebuilding infrastructure destroyed or neglected by the current regime


• Revitalizing agriculture and securing food independence


• Creating jobs through investment in public works, green energy, and local industry


• Empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs)


• Fighting corruption and dismantling the oligarchic grip on the economy


• Building equitable healthcare, education, and social safety systems

Our goal is not only to raise Egypt out of poverty, but to place it on a path toward lasting, independent prosperity.

جمهورية مصر العربية – الحكومة المصرية في المنفى

نؤمن في الحكومة المصرية في المنفى بأن التحرر السياسي ليس سوى الخطوة الأولى نحو استعادة كرامة وسيادة الشعب المصري، إذ يشكل الإصلاح الاقتصادي، والنمو، والعدالة الاجتماعية الركائز الأساسية التي ينبغي أن يقوم عليها مستقبل أمتنا. الوضع الاقتصادي الحالي تحت النظام الحالي، عانى الاقتصاد المصري من تفشي الفساد، وهيمنة الدولة، والاعتماد المفرط على الديون الخارجية، وخنق روح المبادرة الخاصة. يرزح الشعب المصري تحت وطأة التضخم، والبطالة، والفقر الهيكلي، بينما تسيطر النخب العسكرية على معظم القطاعات الحيوية للاقتصاد. ليس هذا مجرد إخفاق إداري، بل هو انتهاك صارخ لحق المصريين في الازدهار والكرامة وتقرير المصير الاقتصادي. رؤيتنا الاقتصادية تتطلع الحكومة المصرية في المنفى إلى مستقبل تتمتع فيه مصر بـ:

• اقتصاد حر وتنافسي يشجع على المبادرة الفردية والابتكار


• توزيع عادل للثروة يضمن لكل مواطن حياة كريمة


• سياسة نقدية مستقلة وإدارة مالية مسؤولة


• حماية حقوق الملكية والقضاء على الاحتكار


• تنمية يقودها الصناعة المحلية والزراعة والتكنولوجيا، دون الاعتماد على الخارج


• تركيز قوي على التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقدم العلمي


• نلتزم بتأسيس اقتصاد يرتكز على مبادئ الإسلام في العدل والشفافية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية.

أولويات التنمية
عند استعادة السيادة الوطنية، سنسعى إلى تنفيذ استراتيجية وطنية شاملة للتنمية ترتكز على:

• إعادة بناء البنية التحتية المدمرة أو المهملة


• إحياء الزراعة وتحقيق الاكتفاء الغذائي


• توفير فرص العمل من خلال الاستثمار في المشاريع العامة والطاقة الخضراء والصناعة المحلية


• تمكين المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة


• مكافحة الفساد وتفكيك قبضة الأوليغارشية الاقتصادية


• بناء أنظمة عادلة للتعليم والرعاية الصحية والضمان الاجتماعي

هدفنا ليس فقط انتشال مصر من الفقر، بل وضعها على طريق الازدهار المستقل والدائم.

As the Government in Exile of the Arab Republic of Egypt, we hereby express our strong commitment to protecting, restoring, and promoting human rights for all Egyptians, regardless of their religion, background, or political stance. Ever since the forceful overthrow of the monarchy and the establishment of authoritarian governance by Gamal Abdel Nasser, Egypt has endured several decades of political repression, torture, forced disappearances, censorship, and state violence. These transgressions have persisted through multiple regimes, depriving the Egyptian people of our natural rights, freedoms, and dignity. The EGE stands firmly against tyranny and injustice. We recognize and uphold the inherent rights granted to all people by Allah and affirmed in international law, among which are:

The right to life, liberty, and personal security

Freedom of thought, belief, and expression

Freedom of peaceful assembly and association

Protection from arbitrary arrest, detention, and torture

The right to a fair trial by an impartial judiciary

The right to participate in the political life of one's country

The right to education, employment, and a decent living.

We reaffirm our adherence to the principles stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam and commit ourselves to the incorporation of these safeguards into the future legal system of an independent and free Egypt.

We are actively working to:

• Record and expose human rights violations by the current government


• Help victims of political persecution and their families


• Call for the release of prisoners of conscience


• Advance justice, reconciliation, and the rule of law in post-liberation Egypt.

The EGE believes that no state is ever free when its citizens are under oppression. Protection of human rights is not something foreign; it is, rather, an Egyptian duty rooted in our faith, history, and moral commitments.

بيان حقوق الإنسان جمهورية مصر العربية – الحكومة المصرية في المنفى

بصفتنا الحكومة الشرعية المصرية في المنفى، نؤكد التزامنا الراسخ بحماية واستعادة وتعزيز حقوق الإنسان لجميع المصريين، بغض النظر عن ديانتهم أو خلفيتهم أو انتمائهم السياسي.

منذ الإطاحة غير القانونية بالنظام الملكي وفرض الحكم الاستبدادي بقيادة جمال عبد الناصر، عانت مصر لعقودٍ طويلة من القمع السياسي، والتعذيب، والاختفاء القسري، والرقابة، والعنف الممارس من قبل الدولة. ولا تزال هذه الانتهاكات مستمرة تحت الأنظمة المتعاقبة، مما حرم الشعب المصري من حقوقه الطبيعية، وحرياته، وكرامته.

إن الحكومة المصرية في المنفى تعارض الاستبداد والظلم بجميع أشكاله، وتؤمن بأن الحقوق التي وهبها الله لكل إنسان، والتي أقرتها المواثيق الدولية، هي حقوق غير قابلة للتنازل، ومنها:

• الحق في الحياة والحرية والأمن الشخصي
• حرية التعبير والفكر والمعتقد
• حرية الاجتماع والتجمع السلمي
• الحماية من الاعتقال التعسفي والتعذيب
• الحق في محاكمة عادلة أمام قضاء مستقل
• الحق في المشاركة السياسية في وطنه
• الحق في التعليم والعمل والعيش بكرامة

نؤكد التزامنا بالمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وإعلان القاهرة لحقوق الإنسان في الإسلام، ونتعهد بإدماج هذه الحقوق والحريات ضمن الإطار القانوني لدولة مصر الحرة المستقلة.
نحن نعمل جاهدين على:
توثيق وكشف انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي يرتكبها النظام الحالي
دعم ضحايا الاضطهاد السياسي وأسرهم
المطالبة بالإفراج عن سجناء الرأي والضمير
تعزيز العدالة والمصالحة وسيادة القانون في مصر ما بعد التحرير
تؤمن الحكومة المصرية في المنفى بأنه لا حرية لأمة يقيد شعبها. والدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان ليس أجندة غريبة بل هو واجب مصري أصيل، متجذر في ديننا، وتاريخنا، وضميرنا الأخلاقي. من أجل العدالة والكرامة والنهضة لوطننا.
